Lodging Q & A

Is food provided?

We request that you bring your dogs' food with them.
Sudden changes in food can cause stomach issues, so it is best to keep your pup on what they are already used to.

What else should I bring with my dog?

Anything you would like!
Dogs really like to have reminders of home, so some people bring a t-shirt or pillow case that smells like them. Other great things to bring are treats, dog bed or blanket, and their favorite toy.

Will my dog be in a kennel all day?

No! Your dog will stay in a private room at night, during feeding times, and when we are out of the house. The rest of the day they will free-roam the house and have access to the backyard as much as needed.

Do you board just dogs?

We are not dog exclusive! While we cannot board cats, for allergy reasons, we gladly board any other small animal. The pet must come in their own enclosure and with their own food. Small and exotic pets are boarded for just $5 a night!

What paperwork do I need to fill out?

Along with a signed lodging agreement, we will need a copy of up-to-date vaccines for Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP

Will my dog have other dogs to play with?

Sometimes. Not all dogs have the same play style or get along with every dog. When that is the case, dogs are kept separate. (Since we are a kennel-free environment, dogs being kept separate will be in either the front or back half of our home)

Can you handle special dietary needs?

Absolutely! We always ask for any allergies your pup may have and are more than happy to cook their meals if needed.

Do you administer medications?

Yes. We can preform subcutaneous (under the skin) injections and pill administration for a $3 per day fee. This price includes all family members and unlimited daily doses

Is there an extra cost for stays on a holiday?

Yes. There is an additional $10 a night charge for stays on a holiday.

Special holiday pricing days are New Years Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Are there special requirments for holiday stays?

Yes. We are closed for drop-off/pick-up the day of the holiday. Pets must be dropped off or picked up the day before or after.

Pet Sitting Q & A

What is the cost for more than one dog?

Add $5 to each visit per additional pet

Do you have package pricing for multiple visits?

Yes! What's even better, they do not have to be consecutive visits.

10 visit package saves 10%

20 visit package saves 15%

Can you handle schedule changes?

What paperwork do I need to fill out?

Yes! 1 hour notice is requested for cancellations and 2 hours notice to schedule a new visit

What is included in the pet drop-in visit?

Backyard potty break or a walk in your neighborhood (depending on the weather), food upon request, water, and play time

How long is the package pricing good for?

3 months from date of purchase

Along with a signed pet sitting agreement, we will need a copy of up-to-date vaccines for Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. It is also recommended that pets be on a flea and tick preventative
